Four Points by Sheraton, Kelowna Airport Welcome Guests
Argus Properties presents the newest addition to it’s family of properties, the Four Points by Sheraton, Kelowna Airport. This $20 million project boasts 120 rooms with a 24 hour fitness centre, a pool with a waterslide, multiple meeting rooms with the state-of-the-art audiovisual and videoconferencing technologies, and a 3,400 square-foot ballroom. Located directly across from the airport, it will service travellers arriving and departing from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW), visitors and students at the University of BC Okanagan, and two golf courses nearby.
The president and CEO of Argus Properties, Ted Callahan lined up with local and federal politicians and his partners for the official ribbon-cutting on Wednesday June 26th. Glenn Squires, CEO of Halifax-based Pacrim Hospitality Services stated that Callahan’s “passion for the business, the eye for detail and the quality of the work that he’s done” has produced amazing results. He continued to state that “this is going to be a great project for the community and I think is going to raise the bar that people expect.”
The hotel will employ 60 people, while Ric’s Grill (the restaurant on site) will emply another 50. This is an exciting new venture for the community and for Argus Properties!
